1. Return Conditions
You can return a product within 7 days if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition
- The product is damaged, defective, or a wrong item was delivered
We do not accept returns if:
- The item was used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Packaging is missing or broken
- Return request is made after 7 days
2. Exchange Policy
- You can exchange a product for a different size, color, or item (if available)
- Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only given if the product is not available or the order was canceled before shipping
- In case of damaged or wrong items, a refund will be issued after the returned product is received and checked
- Refunds are made via bank transfer or as store credit

5. Return Shipping
